• General project description - Your concept of the site/software/service under consideration.
  
• Site functionality - Give information such as: if you want a Dynamic Site where an online database can accept and generate appropriate feedback, guestbooks, site statistic requirements, number of feed back forms, approximate size of the site in A4 size pages. Flash animations, shopping carts, databases etc.
  
• Your expectations of the site. - Give us an idea of the kind of "look" you want. If you tell us a reference site which you really like, it would be good.
  
• Site maintenance - Who will update the data or content ? - If there is substantial data on the site, usually there is a level of maintenance required in terms of new content. Do you want us to do it or would you like us to train you to do it ?
